10th Special Forces Groups, Special Mission Advisory Group-Viet Capt. Octavio Yepez, Ecuador Navy. Ret. Senior Foreign Latin Affairs Representative. Capt. Yepez was the Commandant of the Ecuadorian Marine Corp and was the Chief Instructor for the Ecuadorian Special Forces UDT training school. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy of Annapolis, Md. In addition he served as Captain of several government and privately held cargo ships. He currently holds a First Class Ecuadorian Maters License and is fluent in four Languages, English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian. Capt. Yepez had extensive experience of Latin political affairs with a very solid military and maritime background James Williams – Computer Network Engineer. Mr. Williams served twenty years in the U.S. Navy as a Senior Systems IT Administrator and holds Active Top Secret Security Clearance / SCI with CI Polygraph. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional, NT System Administrator, Internet Information Server (IIS) Administrator, Novell System Administrator, Unix System Administrator, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WINS, IPX/SPX, HTTP, HTML, TELNET, FTP, PC Hardware, installer, LAN cable installer, Microsoft Office97, Internet Protocols, Networking Protocols, Windows NT Operating System, Unix Operating System, Novell NetWare Operating System, Windows 95/98, Windows 3.11, MS DOS, SQL Server. Mr. Williams’s computer experience is second to none.
